Trad Programme 
Harp (age 8 upwards) – 30 minute group lesson – €270 annual fee 

Harp Ensemble (age 10 upwards) – 1 hour weekly – €150 annual fee 

Trad Flute, Concertina (age 8 upwards) – 30 minute group lesson – €270 annual fee 

Tin Whistle (age 7 upwards) – 30 minute group lessons – €270 annual fee 

Bodhrán (age 8 upwards) – 30 minute group lessons – €270 annual fee 

Uilleann pipes (age 8 upwards)  – 45 minute group lessons – €405 annual fee 

Junior + Intermediate Trad Group , Trad Orchestra –  1 hour weekly – €150 annual fee (by audition only) 

Rock & Pop Programme 
Guitar/Bass/Ukulele (ukulele age 7 upwards, guitar & bass age 8 upwards) – 30 minute group lesson – €270 annual fee 

Drum kit (age 8 upwards) 30 minute group lesson – €270 annual fee  

Keyboard (age 8 upwards) 30 minute group lesson – €270 annual fee 

Weekly Jam Time (age 10 upwards) 1 hour weekly – €150 annual fee 

Orchestral Programme 
Brass: trumpet, trombone, euphonium, tuba (age 8 upwards) 30 minute group lesson – €270 annual fee

Oboe, Double Bass (age 8 upwards) 30 minute group lessons – €270 annual fee 

World Music Programme 
Handpan (age 8 upwards) 30 minute group lessons –
€270 annual fee 

The Music Box 
The Music Box Programme for Young People with Special Needs (Age 4 upwards) 30 minute individual classes – €705 annual fee 

Please note all programmes are 30 weeks except Jam Time, Ensembles, Trad Groups and Orchestras. Jam Time, Ensembles, Trad Groups and Orchestras vary to account for performances throughout the year. Musical instruments are available to hire.

How to get involved:
If you are interested in signing up to classes/ensembles with us, please send an email to mgl@loetb.ie with your child’s name, DOB, home address, telephone number, details of any medical or special needs we should be aware of, and include area of musical interest (e.g. tin whistle), if known. 

If you contact us and request to sign up to a specific instrument, and your child meets the age criteria to join the specific class, we will reply back with an offer of a class if we have availability. If we do not have availability we will add you to our waiting list and we will contact you by email when/if a space becomes available.

Piano, individual classes, from age 6 upwards. 
Violin, individual and paired classes, age 6 upwards.
Cello, individual and paired classes, age 6 upwards.
Guitar, individual and paired classes, age 8 upwards.
Ukulele, individual and paired classes, age 7 upwards.
Recorder, individual and paired classes, age 6 upwards.
Flute, individual and paired classes, age 8 upwards.
Drums, individual and paired classes, age 9 upwards.
Singing, individual and paired classes, age 8 upwards.
Junior Youth Orchestra, Open to Strings, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion players.
Leaving Cert Music, Group class for those who wish to take music as a Leaving Cert subject but who may not have this choice on their school curriculum.
Kindermusic 1, group music class for children age 5 (turned 5 prior to 1st Sept of relevant academic year)
Kindermusic 2, group music class for children age 6 (turned 6 prior to 1st Sept of relevant academic year).
Pre-Instrumental, group music class for children who have ideally completed kindermusic 1 and 2,
age 7 upwards. Each child receives an instrument pack made-up of ukulele, recorder and percussion.

Payment of fees:
60% of fees payable in advance. Remaining 40% of fees due in February each year. Payments are
online on LOETB Way2Pay secure payment system. If you decide to discontinue classes with us, and follow our communication procedures (Send an email to mgl@loetb.ie stating you are discontinuing) you will be refunded for any classes unattended, and paid for, from the date of receipt of email onwards.  

Musical instruments are available to hire.
